PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY — THESE TERMS SET FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BETWEEN YOU AND Your First Job THAT GOVERN YOUR USE AND PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. BY CHOOSING TO RECEIVE SMS MESSAGES FROM US, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS;

The number of text messages you receive varies depending on how many Your First Job text messaging programs you sign up to receive messages from. You will receive at least one message per day via the Company’s text messaging program.

4. Privacy

Any personally identifiable information provided or collected through or in connection with your participation and/or use of the Program must be used in accordance with Your First Job’s privacy policy.

5. How to Opt-In. 

The Program allows participants to receive SMS text messages affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online forms or when registering an account to access the Service. By participating in the Program, you agree to receive pre-recorded or autodialed mobile marketing messages at the telephone number associated with your opt-in, and you understand that your consent to receive test and/or opt-in messages for the Program There is no need to make any purchases from us. Although you agree to receive messages sent using an autodialer, the foregoing should not be construed to suggest or imply that any or all of our mobile messages are sent using an autodialer.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, WRITTEN, ORAL OR ARISING BY CUSTOMER OR COURSE OF TRADE.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Your First Job reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. All updates and modifications to these Terms will be effective from the day they are posted online. If you do not agree to any updates or modifications to these Terms, you must cancel the text messaging program as set forth in Section 6.

10. Termination of Text Messages

Company may suspend or terminate your receipt of text messages from Company if Company believes that you have violated these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of text messages from the Company is also subject to termination if your mobile phone service is terminated or expires. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the Company’s text messages with or without notice.
